This beautiful and completely new villa is situated in Villapark Sabana Liber in the North- West part of Aruba, along the main road to the monumental Alto Vista Chapel. This Villapark guarantees you an optimum of privacy. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms (with split unit airconditioning and TV) and 3 bathrooms. The water-heater in the storage room provides the whole house of hot water. There is also a washing machine present in the storage room. At the back of the villa, a beautiful patio has been created. There is both shadow and wind so you can have a comfortable seat and enjoy the beautiful view and the swimming pool. The garden of this villa is fully fenced in and landscaped with gravel and plants. All these ingredients make this villa a true paradise.

By car it takes you only 5 minutes to reach the beaches or the beautiful golf course of Tierra Del Sol. It takes you only 10 minutes to drive to Oranjestad, the main town on the island. The rental fee for this house is $ 1.450,- per week, which includes a cleaning of the house once a week and $ 75,- per week for water and electricity.

The extra costs will be charged at the end of the rental period by meter reading. Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, one phone call to the care- takers of the house, Danielle and Jan-Hein Poelmann, is enough. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
